estorative Practice (RP)
Bullying is an ongoing issue in all communities. Understanding the dynamics of bullying and how to effectively deal with incidents of bullying can go a long way to minimizing the harm. We work with schools and workplaces in developing an anti bullying culture.
We teach effective responses to bullying through our workshop program, and through direct consultation and training at the individual level.
We have both been trained by Anatol Pikas in the Shared Concern method of problem solving bullying issues.
More recently cyber bullying has become a major issue for communities. In this cyber world of social networking, people even from a distance, can readily cause distress to others. Learn how to improve your safety in this new world.
