Gabrielle has a Bachelor of Psychology degree and Diploma of Education from the University of Western Australia. For many years she worked as a school psychologist in both rural and metropolitan schools in Western Australia. She was appointed as Manager of Student Services with the Department of Education.
In this role she managed a team of school psychologists and supported schools in resolving conflict and developing a positive school culture.
She has worked successfully with schools in the management of extremely challenging students, and facilitated the resolution of conflict between parents, administration and teaching staff. She has presented at national and state conferences and has lectured in education at the University of Western Australia.
